Restaurant style Brussels Sprouts

Have you ever gone to a restaurant and ordered their brussels sprouts and wondered HOW on earth can they make this vegetable taste so darn good? They are always so crispy, juicy and have so much flavor.

I used to throw my brussels sprouts into the oven and call it a day. But I was never fully satisfied until I tried preparing them in the air fryer.

Then *lightbulb*, I got it. I realized that the restaurants FRY their brussels sprouts, that’s why they taste so good… but also aren’t that great for you due to all the oil. Well, the air fryer can achieve that same great taste without all the oil. It’s literally the greatest life hack ever.

Sweet and Savory

These brussels sprouts taste amazing with just salt and pepper. But I was feeling a little fancy, and wanted to make this dish perfect for Thanksgiving. Here’s what I used:

  • Brussels sprouts
  • grapes
  • salt and pepper
  • avocado oil
  • maple butter

Simply toss all the ingredients together and place in your air fryer. It’s THAT simple.
