Oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfast staples. I have it at least a few times a week because it’s not only easy to make, but it’s delicious, nutritious and keeps me feeling full, fueled and satisfied.

Chia Banana Oatmeal is a healthy and delicious breakfast option that is made with organic oats, almond milk, chia seeds and topped with antioxidant toppings like goji berries and cacao nibs.
1 cup oats
2 cups of almond milk
1 cup of water
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey
1-2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
1-2 Tbsp goji berries
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mash banana then add in all ingredients.
- Mix well and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and pour into bowl. Top with toppings.
