Ingredients
1 large banana
3 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
handful of pecans or walnuts
Directions
- Start by slicing the banana in small/medium slices. You want there to be an even amount.
- Place a small amount of peanut butter on the top of half of the bananas and place a second piece of sliced banana on top of the peanut butter. Essentially making a banana peanut butter sandwich.
- Place the bananas in the freezer for 1-2 hours to completely harden.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips, and using a toothpick dip half of the banana into the dark chocolate.
- Sprinkle with crushed nuts immediately before the dark chocolate dries.
- Place back in the freezer to harden completely.
- ENJOY!
