I remember being outside playing all day during the summer just to run inside for a quick snack. My mom would give us all those chocolate fudge popsicles and it would instantly cool us down. I loved those and missed them so much, so I headed to work in the kitchen to create a new healthier version.

I wanted this recipe to be dairy-free so I used full fat coconut cream which is truly the best ingredient. It’s so creamy, has an amazing texture when mixed into recipes and it naturally sweet. These chocolate fudge popsicles also have three other very simple ingredients.

Ingredients in four ingredient chocolate fudge popsicles

These delicious and fudget popsicles only contain four simple ingredients, can you guess what they are?

  • full fat coconut cream
  • your choice of nut butter, I used dark chocolate tahini from Soom Foods which was AMAZING
  • coconut sugar
  • cacao powder

That’s it! This recipe really can’t get any easier if you ask me.

How to make fudge popsicles

Making these fudge popsicles is really as simple as the ingredient list. You do however need a blender or at least a stove top to really make sure the ingredients are well incorporated! Let’s get started:

To start, add in the full fat coconut cream to your blender, along with the tahini, coconut sugar, and cacao powder.

Next, blend for a minute or so or until the ingredients are really well combined.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, I used this one from amazon, add in the sticks, cover and place in the fridge to harden. I recommend overnight or at least for 8 hours.

Remove from the freezer and the molds and enjoy! Keep in the freezer and enjoy all month long.

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can of full fat coconut cream

  • 1/2 cup tahini see notes above, may sub any other nut butter

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Directions

  • To start, add in the full fat coconut cream to your blender, along with the tahini, coconut sugar, and cacao powder.
  • Next, blend for a minute or so or until the ingredients are really well combined.

  1. Hannah!! These are delicious! Husband approved too! And super easy. Only froze mine for about 1.5 hours and they were perfect already. Also, had some leftover so I used it as a fruit dip with green apples (would be delicious with banana too!)

     
  2. Back again to say I made these for the SECOND TIME in a WEEK (yeah, we’re obsessed lol). Last time I used sunbutter (sunflower seed) instead of tahini bc I was out. It was good but this time I used tahini and it was better! So stick with Hannah’s recipe because she knows what she’s doing 😉
