Welcome to Lovely deLITES, I’m Hannah. The writer, recipe developer and content creator behind Lovely deLITES.
I’ve always loved food, don’t we all? However, I grew up idolizing unrealistic standards of body expectations. This lead me to have a bad relationship with food. Experimenting with crash diet after crash diet, restricting my favorite foods, which are sweets, and then the over consumption of them to make up for the restrictions I put on myself.
As I got older, I grew out of the phase in my life and I knew that it was not a way to live. So, I decided to create Lovely deLITES- a platform where I can share wholesome and balanced recipes that I eat in my day to day life. On this blog you will find a variety of different food recipes, ranging from breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and a lot… I mean a lot of sweets.
I love to experiment in the kitchen and take my favorite recipes that are typically high in sugar and put a Lovely deLITE spin on them and make then either gluten-free, vegan or plant-based.
Lovely deLITES reflects my beliefs on eating and living a healthy lifestyle. All of my recipes are easy to follow and only require minimal ingredients. I don’t believe that it’s hard to eat healthy! Cooking and baking also does not have to be hard or take a lot of time. My hope to you as you follow along you will see that!
