ingredients and Substitutions
These are the main ingredients and substitutions for Air Fryer Peaches. Be sure to scroll down to the recipe card at the bottom of this page for a full list of ingredients and instructions.
I strongly encourage you to use fresh peaches rather than frozen or canned peaches. You can use white or yellow peaches or even a nectarine.
I like to use extra virgin olive oil, but you can use any type of oil that you prefer. I’d recommend coconut, ghee, or avocado oil.
Cinnamon is going to give these peaches a ton of flavor.
Honey helps the peaches get that caramelized texture. If you are vegan you can also use maple syrup or agave.
Finish these air fried peaches off with vanilla ice cream or for a healthier alternative, greek or dairy free yogurt, cool whip or even whipped cream.

how to make
ONE: Start by cutting the peaches in half and taking out the pit. Next, coat with oil and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.

TWO: Place the peaches in the air fryer on a piece of parchment paper (for easy cleanup), and fry at 350F for 10-15 minutes.

THREE: Remove from the air fryer with thongs and place them on a plate or in a bowl. Top with vanilla ice cream or for a healthier alternative, greek or dairy free yogurt, cool whip or even whipped cream. Add on some granola for a little crunch.

Tips and tricks
Ripe peaches work best for easily removing the pit/seed.
Lightly squeeze the peach, if it’s squishy then it’s ripe.
Cooking times may vary depending on the make and model of your air fryer. You may need to adjust the times accordingly. You know your peaches are ready when they are fork tender.
Use maple syrup or agave instead of honey to make this recipe vegan.
If you want a lower calorie dessert, you can skip adding any additional sugar. As the peach caramelizes it will bring out the natural sugars.
Top with vanilla ice cream or for a healthier alternative, greek or dairy free yogurt, cool whip or even whipped cream. Add on some granola for a little crunch.
Use parchment paper inside your air fryer for easier clean up.

How to serve and store
Serve these Air Fryer Peaches warm with vanilla ice cream or for a healthier alternative, greek or dairy free yogurt, cool whip or even whipped cream. Add on some granola for a little crunch.
Store the peaches separate from any toppings in an air tight container and enjoy within 3-4 days.
To reheat, simply pop them back in the air fryer at 350F for 5-7 minutes. You can also reheat in the microwave or oven.
Taste and Texture
Air fried peaches are sweet, juicy and tender.
They are caramelized, and have a warm flavor from the cinnamon.
