Apple Crumble Cottage Cheesecake Jars
Apple crumble cheesecake jars are a cozy, no-bake dessert with layers of creamy cottage cheesecake, caramelized apples, and a golden crumble topping. They come together in under 20 minutes and make a great breakfast, snack, or dessert prep. Easy to make ahead, perfectly portioned, and a fun twist on classic fall flavors.

You all know I love a good cheesecake jar moment, and this apple crumble version might just be the coziest one yet. Think creamy cheesecake filling layered with warm spiced apples and finished with a crunchy oat crumble. It is basically fall in a jar.
These little jars are perfect for when you want a dessert that feels special but does not require turning on the oven for hours. Just like my key lime pie, pumpkin, and vanilla bean cottage cheesecake jars, they come together quickly and can be prepped ahead for an easy grab when the craving hits.
How to Make Apple Crumble Cheesecake Jars
Make the cheesecake base. Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds. Set aside.

Cook the apples. In a skillet over medium heat. Let cool slightly.

Prepare the crumble. In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon until crumbly. Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes (or air fry 2–4 minutes), stirring once halfway, until golden.

Assemble the jars. Chill and serve. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set, or enjoy right away if you cannot wait. Finish with a drizzle of coconut caramel sauce if you want to take it over the top.

Little Secrets for the Best Jars
- Let the apples cool slightly before layering so they don’t melt the cheesecake filling.
- Double the crumble if you are a crunchy topping lover, it never hurts.
- These jars taste even better the next day once the flavors have time to mingle.
Flavor Variations for Apple Crumble Cheesecake Jars
Salted Caramel Apple – Drizzle caramel sauce between layers for extra richness.
Apple Pie Cheesecake – Add a sprinkle of pie spice to the apple layer.
Berry Apple Crumble – Mix in a handful of fresh or frozen berries with the apples for a fruity twist.
Gingerbread Apple – Add ground ginger and cloves to the crumble for a holiday spin.

How to Serve and Store
Serve: Enjoy straight from the jar, topped with extra crumble or a drizzle of caramel. They make the cutest little desserts for gatherings or weeknight treats.
Store: Keep covered in the fridge for 3–4 days. The crumble will soften as it sits, so you can save a little aside and sprinkle it on just before serving if you like extra crunch.

Notes
- To make it vegan, swap in dairy free yogurt and vegan butter.
- Almond flour can be replaced with crushed cookies for a more classic crumble texture.
- This recipe makes six 4 oz jars, but you can also build it in larger glasses or one big trifle dish.

Recipe came out great! I used Oikos high protein vanilla instead of plain yogurt. My only comment is that when you don’t eat it right away, the granola becomes soft.
