You can use vodka, tequila or even whisky if preferred. However, in my opinion, Titos Vodka works the best flavor wise.
You will need a shot of espresso, cold brew or concentrated coffee. I personally love using Cometeer concentrated coffee as it’s bold in flavor and really strong.
This time of year is the release of the limited edition S’mores Baileys which, of course, is perfect for this cocktail. However, you can also use regular Bailey’s, Irish Cream, or Kahlula.
Optional to add in a splash of oat milk, heavy cream for a touch of maple syrup to make this cocktail a little sweeter.
Garnish the rim with melted chocolate, crushed graham crackers and a flaming marshmallow.

How To Make
ONE: Rim your glass with melted chocolate and crushed graham cracker.

TWO: Add the vodka, espresso and s’mores baileys to a shaker with a handful of ice. The more ice, the more frothier your espresso martini will be. Cover with the lid and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
THREE: Pour the liquid only into the rimmed glass and top with a flaming marshmallow and enjoy!

Tips And Tricks
Rim your glass first before making the martini.
You can also place your glass in the freezer to get it really nice and cold.
Use a long toothpick to roast the marshmallow over the stovetop.
Add a touch of maple syrup if you want your martini to be a bit sweeter.
How To Serve And Store
Serve this Campfire Martini in a chilled martini glass that’s been rimmed with melted chocolate, crushed graham cracker and a flaming marshmallow on top.
This cocktail is best served immediately and not stored.

This campfire martini is strong, bold and has sweet notes of marshmallow and chocolate.
