Tips And Tricks

Make the chia seed pudding the night before and then add to individual containers.

When making the chia pudding, whisk all the ingredients together really well, let it sit on the counter for 5 minutes and then mix once more before placing in the fridge. This is to ensure there are no clumps.

If your chia pudding is clumpy, just mix vigorously until the clumps break up. You can also add in more milk of choice the day after to have a more runny consistency.

Mix up your yogurt and fruit toppings to make breakfast different each day.

Feel free to add on some other toppings like nuts, granola, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, etc!

Use an airtight container to ensure your parfaits stay fresh!
