Ingredients And Substitutions

Use old fashioned rolled oats and not quick or steel cut oats.
Ground flax adds a boost of fiber while also adds a lovely texture.
Chia seeds are filled with healthy fats like omega-3’s and also add to a thick and creamy texture.
A touch of cinnamon adds a warm a cozy flavor.
You can use any type of milk or nut milk alternative such as almond, coconut, cashew, oat milk, or dairy milk, but then the recipe won’t be vegan.
Use pure maple syrup and not pancake syrup. Alternatively, you can use honey, agave or date syrup.
Vanilla extracts adds a lovely flavor.

Yogurt is optional but really adds to that pie flavor, you can use dairy free or regular plain yogurt!

How To Make
ONE: In a jar with a lid, combine the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated.

TWO: Add in the almond milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup last and mix once more. Cover and store in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.

THREE: The next day, stir the oats well and then layer accordingly, or just top with cranberry sauce and yogurt and enjoy!

Tips And Tricks
Add cranberry sauce after the oats have soaked otherwise they will turn pink, but will still taste amazing!
Layer the oats in a new jar if you want them to look pretty! Start by adding some of the oats, then yogurt, then cranberry sauce, and repeat!
How To Serve And Store
Serve these Cranberry Overnight Oats cold and enjoy with some yogurt for a sweet and tart flavor.
Oats can also be warmed up the next day if preferred. Warm them in the microwave or on the stovetop.
