Starbucks at home

I had a ton of requests over on my Tiktok to create the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher at Starbucks but with healthier ingredients. If you’re a long time follower, then you know that this is one of my favorite things to do.

The original recipe at Starbucks is made with a lot of sugar, which you know it not something that I shy away from, however, having something homemade is always going to be healthier for you since you have full control over what goes into it.

Ingredients in mango dragonfruit refresher

The ingredient list on the original recipe on Starbucks’ website is pretty simple, it’s very similar to what’s in this recipe- but better.

mango puree- the original recipe on Starbucks’ website calls for mango dragonfruit base and natural flavors. For this recipe we’re going to use mango puree, aka blended mango with a bit of water.

white grape juice– we are using pure white grape juice for this recipe, I really love this one from Santa Cruz since it’s pretty clean without any preservatives or natural flavors. I used the Kroger brand, which is all that I found in store, both work great!

lemonade- another part of this recipe is lemonade, which is where a lot of the sugar comes from. But this one from Santa Cruz is organic and doesn’t have any preservatives either.

dried dragon fruit- we are using dried dragonfruit pieces in this drink to help with that bright pink color and add some flavor! I love these ones from amazon.

açaí powder– this step is optional, however, I added in a sprinkle of acai powder to help bring out that lovely pink color.
