How To Make
ONE: First thaw puff pastry sheets according to package. Then, when ready use a cooke cutter or the top of a small bowl and cut out 4 circles. This size must be slightly larger than the pineapple rings.

TWO: Next, add honey to a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper and then sprinkle coconut sugar over the honey. Add on the pineapple rings next.

THREE: Finish it off with a puff pastry slice, then using your hands mend the sheet to the fruit. Spray with non-stick spray or coat with an egg wash and bake.

FOUR: When done baking, flip over and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and enjoy!
