These tiramisu cheesecake jars taste like they came straight from a bakery with layers of espresso soaked ladyfingers, fluffy whipped cheesecake, and a dusting of cocoa. Just like all my other cheesecake jar flavors, they are simple to make, even better after chilling overnight, and guaranteed to wow when you reveal there is cottage cheese inside.

How to Make No Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake Jars

Blend the filling: Add the cottage cheese, mascarpone, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Don’t rush this part—you want it super smooth.

Soak the ladyfingers: Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly. Quickly dip each ladyfinger (don’t soak too long or they’ll fall apart!) and layer them at the bottom of your jars.

Layer it up: Spoon a layer of the cheesecake filling over the soaked ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and more filling until your jars are full.

Dust and chill: Top with a generous dusting of cocoa powder, then pop them in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set—overnight is even better if you can wait!

How to Prep Tiramisu Cheesecake Cups in Advance

Make It Ahead Tip: These jars are even better the next day once the flavors have time to settle and the layers get extra dreamy. I love making them the night before a dinner party or event—just store them covered in the fridge and dust with cocoa powder right before serving if you want that fresh, clean look.

Texture Tip: If your filling feels a little loose right after blending, don’t worry! It thickens up beautifully after a couple hours in the fridge. Just don’t over-blend the cottage cheese or it can get too liquidy—smooth and creamy is the sweet spot.

How to Serve & Store Tiramisu Cheesecake Jars

To Serve: These are best served cold, straight from the fridge! I like to let them chill for at least 2 hours, but overnight is even better if you’ve got the patience. Right before serving, add that final dusting of cocoa powder (or even some shaved chocolate if you’re feeling fancy).

To Store: Cover the jars with lids or wrap them tightly and store in the fridge for up to 4–5 days. The texture actually gets creamier with time, and the flavors deepen too. Just wait to add the cocoa powder topping until right before serving so it doesn’t get absorbed.

These No Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake Jars are a fun twist on the classic, with creamy cottage cheese filling, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and a cocoa dusting—no oven needed!
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Servings 4 8oz jars

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cottage cheese (I use Good Culture 2% low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vanilla bean paste (sub 2 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee (chilled)
  • 2 packages of Lady fingers
  • 2 tbsp cacao (for dusting)

Instructions

  • Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly. Pour into a shallow dish.
  • In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, mascarpone, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste until smooth and creamy.
  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee—just a second or two so they don’t get too soggy.
  • Layer the bottom of each jar with coffee-soaked ladyfingers, followed by a scoop of the cheesecake filling. Repeat the layers until the jars are full, ending with a layer of filling on top.
  • Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to set. Enjoy chilled!

Notes

  • Don’t over-soak the ladyfingers – A quick dip is all you need! Too long and they’ll fall apart when layering.
  • Blend until smooth – For the creamiest texture, blend the filling well—but avoid over-blending so it doesn’t get too runny.
  • Even better the next day – Letting the jars chill overnight gives the flavors time to meld and makes the texture extra dreamy.
