How To Make
ONE: Start by washing the grapes well and then removing each one from the stem. Use a toothpick to insert some holes in the grapes and then place in a large bowl.
TWO: Cover the grapes with a bottle of prosecco, cover and let marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours, or best over night. Grapes can soak up to 24 hours.
THREE: Drain the prosecco from the grapes, (save for a cocktail if desired), and toss each grape in sugar. Place on a baking sheet that’s lined with parchment paper and freeze or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
