Quick and Easy Air Fried Peaches

I posted this recipe over on my tiktok and it went viral with over 2 million views! I absolutely love when simple recipes take off because it just goes to show that you don’t have to over complicate a recipe to get a delicious ending.
These peaches are made with just a few simple ingredients and turn out amazing each and everytime! I love to top mine off with yogurt if i’m eating them for breakfast, or ice cream if i’m eating them for dessert. Whichever way you decide to top these peaches off, will be amazing!

Ingredients in Air Fried Peaches
The ingredient list is short and sweet to make this super simple but delicious dessert. You will need ripe yellow peaches, honey and cinnamon- that’s it!
- ripe yellow peaches (any kind will work though)
- cinnamon
- honey (can sub maple syrup, agave or date syrup to make vegan)
I also used a bit of coconut oil, but you can also skip this step if you want. The peaches will get juicy no matter what inside the air fryer.
I also received a ton of questions about which air fryer I have. I actually have three which are all great. Each serves it’s own purpose. I use my Phillips air fryer which is the perfect counter top size, it works GREAT and can also easy be stored away if not using it.
How to make air fried peaches
This breakfast or dessert recipe is made in just under 10 minutes, making it the perfect recipe to make when you’re in a hurry.
To start, wash and slice your peaches. Carefully remove the pit by using a pairing knife and cutting closey to the edges until it easily can be removed with your fingers.
Place the peaches on a piece of parchment paper, and lightly coat with coconut oil spray. Then, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place the parchment paper and peaches inside your air fryer and fry at 350F for 7 minutes. Please note, air frying time may vary depending on your air fryer or how ripe your peaches are. Check on them after the 7 minute mark and add more time if needed.
When the peaches are done, top them off with your favorite toppings. I did vegan yogurt, more honey and granola.
If eating these for dessert, try adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top with a drizzle of caramel or honey!
