Use milk, dark or dairy free chocolate chips. You can also use a chocolate bar, just make sure it covers the bottom completely.

Giant marshmallows work best, but you can use mini as well. To make this recipe vegan, use vegan marshmallows.

For dipping, use fresh fruit or graham crackers!

how to make

ONE: Coat the bottom of your pan with non-stick spray and then add in the chocolate chips. Bake for 3-5 minutes.

TWO: Carefully remove from the oven and add in the giant marshmallows. Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the tops of the marshmallows are golden brown.

THREE: Enjoy with fresh fruit or graham crackers!

Tips and tricks

First slightly melt the chocolate chips before adding the marshmallows.

Love peanut butter? Use Reese’s peanut butter cups instead of chocolate chips!

If you like a more even ratio of chocolate to marshmallow, cut the giant marshmallows in half.

Honestly, any type of chocolate bar will work! I’d recommend Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups!

How long will this s’mores dip last for?

I would recommend enjoying this dip fresh for best results. But you can save it for the following day too and just reheat in the oven at 350F for 5 minutes. It will last 2 days max.

What can I eat it with?

Graham crackers, fresh fruit, pretzels vanilla wafers, etc!

Does this need to be made in a cast iron or is any normal frying pan fine?

it can be made in an pan that is also oven safe! I used my ninja kitchen pans which are non-stick and oven safe 🙂
