How To Make

ONE: First thaw puff pastry sheets according to package. Then, when ready add honey to a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.

TWO: Then, add on the fresh fruit.

THREE: Finish it off with a puff pastry slice, then using your hands mend the sheet to the fruit. Spray with non-stick spray or coat with an egg wash and bake.

FOUR: When done baking, flip over and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 container of puff pastry, 2 sheets.
  • 8 tbsp of honey
  • 1 peach, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced

Directions

  1. First thaw puff pastry sheets according to package.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Then, when ready add 1 tablespoon of honey to a baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper, in a line, leaving ample room in between each one. 
  4. Next, add on the fresh fruit.
  5. Finish it off with a puff pastry slice, then using your hands mend the sheet to the fruit.
  6. Spray with non-stick spray or coat with an egg wash and bake.
  7. When done baking, use a spatula and flip over each tart, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and enjoy.
