How To Serve And Store

Serve this whipped honey on top of toast, in oatmeal bowls, overnight oats, or drizzle on top of desserts like cookies, pastries, cinnamon rolls or even use it in your morning latte for a sweetener.

Store whipped honey in an airtight container and place it in a cool and dark place like your pantry or countertop. It will save well for several weeks on the countertop.

You may also stored whipped honey in the fridge for a more thick consistency.

If honey starts to separate, simply stir it back together with a spoon or give it another quick whisk.

Taste And Texture

This whipped honey tastes just like honey but it has a lighter more airy consistency. After whipping in so much air, you can really taste and savor every element of the honey. It mellows out that overly sweet and thick flavor into something that reminds me of marshmallow fluff!

No, it’s not recommended. Use a stand mixer or hand mixer.
