This creamy cheesecake dip is the kind of dessert that feels fancy but takes almost no effort. With just a handful of ingredients and five minutes of prep, it’s ready to serve with fruit, grahams, or pretzels—and guaranteed to disappear fast.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
Servings 1.5 cups

Ingredients

Cheesecake Dip

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (I like good culture 2% low fat)
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
  • 4 tbsp strawberry preserves

Serve with

  • graham crackers
  • fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Blend ingredients in a food processor or blender, pop in the fridge for 15 minutes to set if time permits.
  • Top with strawberry preserves, use a toothpick to swirl and then enjoy with graham crackers and fresh fruit.

Notes

  • Texture tip: For an ultra-smooth dip, be sure to use a high-speed blender or food processor—especially if your cottage cheese is on the chunkier side.
  • Sweetness level: Feel free to adjust the maple syrup to taste depending on how sweet your preserves are or if you're using flavored yogurt.
  • Make it your own: Swap the strawberry preserves for any jam you love—blueberry, raspberry, or even a swirl of Nutella or peanut butter for a fun twist.
