Notes
A cherry pitter makes life easier. If you’re using fresh cherries, a pitter saves so much time (and mess). No pitter? A metal straw or chopstick works in a pinch.
The dressing does double duty. Leftover citrus mint dressing is delicious drizzled over other fruits, swirled into sparkling water, or even spooned on vanilla ice cream for a summery treat.
It’s naturally gluten- and dairy-free. No swaps necessary—this one’s already super allergy-friendly thanks to its simple, fresh ingredients.
