Ingredients

Pumpkin Espresso Martini

  • 1 oz Kahlua
  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz espresso
  • 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup

Pumpkin Syrup

  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree canned
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • First make the pumpkin pie syrup and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Then, add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour into a martini glass and top with three coffee beans. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Shake the mixture vigorously for roughly 1-2 minutes, this is what's going to create that foam on top.
  • Be sure to pour all of the liquid out of the shaker using the strainer. Keep shaking until you've removed all the liquid, the foam is what comes out last.
  • Use homemade pumpkin pie syrup for best results.
  • If you want a sweeter martini, add in .5 ounces more of the pumpkin syrup.
