2Tbspavocado oil
1-2TbspEverything But The Bagel Seasoning
Cream Cheese Dip
8ozcream cheese
1tspdijon mustard
1/2tspdill
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
2Tbspalmond milk
Instructions
Sweet Potato Chips
To start, wash the sweet potatoes and scrub the skin really well to remove any dirt and impurities. Dry the sweet potato and then slice the sweet potato into very thin slices, about 1/8 of an inch.
Add the sliced sweet potatoes to a large bowl and pour the avocado oil and seasoning on top. Mix with tongs really well, until each slice of sweet potato is well coated with oil and seasoning.
Next, add the sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer and fry at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are crispy but not burnt. Depending on the air fryer that you have, you may need to toss the sweet potatoes halfway through for even cooking.
Remove from air fryer and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Cream Cheese Dip
In a blender or bowl, add all ingredients: cream cheese, mustard and seasonings. Blend for a few minutes, stopping to scrape the sides every so often until all ingredients are well incorporated.
If using a bowl, mash with a potato masher or fork until ingredients are well combined.
Add to a serving dish and enjoy!
Cream cheese dip can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
