Air Fryer Peaches are a quick and easy dessert or breakfast recipe that is sweet and delicious. These peaches are drizzled with cinnamon and honey and caramelized to perfection in the air fryer. Finish them off with yogurt, cool whip, whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow peaches (can also use white or nectarines.)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (sub coconut or avocado oil.)
  • 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey (sub agave or maple syrup.)

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the peaches in half and taking out the pit.
  • Next, coat the inside of each peach with oil. Then, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Place the peaches in the air fryer on a piece of parchment paper (for easy cleanup), and fry at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer with thongs and place them on a plate or in a bowl.
  • Top with vanilla ice cream or for a healthier alternative, greek or dairy free yogurt, cool whip or even whipped cream. Add on some granola for a little crunch.

Notes

  • Slightly under ripe peaches work best for this recipe.
  • Lightly squeeze the peach, if it's squishy then it's ripe.
  • Cooking times may vary depending on the make and model of your air fryer. You may need to adjust the times accordingly. You know your peaches are ready when they are fork tender.
  • If you want a lower calorie dessert, you can skip adding any additional sugar. As the peach caramelizes it will bring out the natural sugars.
  • Use parchment paper inside your air fryer for easier clean up.
