These Neapolitan Cheesecake Jars are a creamy no-bake dessert layered with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cheesecake filling. Made with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, they’re smooth, nostalgic, easy to prep ahead, and perfect for keeping stocked in the fridge.

Pinchof salt
Chocolate Layer
2tablespoonscocoa powder
Strawberry Layer
½cupstrawberries

Instructions
Make the Cheesecake Base
Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, and salt to a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Make the Chocolate Layer
Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly into thirds. Each portion should be about 1 cup + 2 tablespoons.
Stir in cocoa powder until smooth and creamy.
Make the Strawberry Layer
Add another ⅓ of the cheesecake mixture back into the blender with strawberries. You can add more maple syrup if desired, I think it's sweet enough without it, but that's up to your preference!
Blend until smooth and pink.
Keep the Vanilla Layer Plain
Leave the remaining cheesecake mixture as-is for the vanilla layer.
Assemble the Jars
Layer the chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cheesecake mixtures into jars in any order you like.
I love doing chocolate on the bottom, vanilla in the middle, and strawberry on top for that classic Neapolitan look.
Chill & Serve
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours before serving for the best thick and creamy texture.
Top with crushed graham crackers, strawberries, chocolate shavings, or coconut whip if desired.
Notes
I love using Good Culture Cottage Cheese for the creamiest texture.
The layers do not need to be perfectly even, the imperfect swirls and layers make them look extra homemade and fun.
You can add the mixtures into pipping bags if you're looking for cleaner layers.
These taste even better after chilling for a few hours once the flavors have had time to meld together.
