These No Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake Jars are a fun twist on the classic, with creamy cottage cheese filling, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and a cocoa dusting—no oven needed!
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Servings 4 8oz jars

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cottage cheese (I use Good Culture 2% low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vanilla bean paste (sub 2 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee (chilled)
  • 2 packages of Lady fingers
  • 2 tbsp cacao (for dusting)

Instructions

  • Brew espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly. Pour into a shallow dish.
  • In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, mascarpone, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste until smooth and creamy.
  • Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee—just a second or two so they don’t get too soggy.
  • Layer the bottom of each jar with coffee-soaked ladyfingers, followed by a scoop of the cheesecake filling. Repeat the layers until the jars are full, ending with a layer of filling on top.
  • Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to set. Enjoy chilled!

Notes

  • Don’t over-soak the ladyfingers – A quick dip is all you need! Too long and they’ll fall apart when layering.
  • Blend until smooth – For the creamiest texture, blend the filling well—but avoid over-blending so it doesn’t get too runny.
  • Even better the next day – Letting the jars chill overnight gives the flavors time to meld and makes the texture extra dreamy.
