Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of sushi grade tuna
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos (may sub soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp hot honey
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced jalapeno
  • 2 tbsp diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup fresh mango (diced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 avocado (diced)

Instructions

  • In a bowl add in the cubed sushi grade tuna followed by the sesame seed oil, coconut aminos, red wine vinegar, hot honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  • Next, add in the minced jalapeno, diced red onion, chopped green onion and mango chunks. Cover and place in the fridge while you make the wonton chips.
  • Place wonton papers in the air fryer and coat lightly with non-stick spray. Air fry at 350F for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Arrange wonton chips on a plate and set aside. Bring out the tuna mixture and finish it off with cilantro, sesame seeds and avocado. Give it a good mix.
  • Add tuna on top of wonton chips or just serve as a dip and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure you are using sushi grade tuna, this is really important so that you don't get sick. Ask your local grocery store and purchase only from the fresh seafood counter.
  • Let your mixture marinade for about 15 minutes, this is going to add a ton of flavor.
  • Make your own wonton chips in the air fryer!
