Servings 4 Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (wild caught)
  • 3 tbsp butter (melted)
  • S + p to taste
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic (fresh or from a jar)
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F and prepare the lobster tails by butterflying the meat. To do this, use kitchen shears and cut down the center all the way to the bottom of the tail. Loosen the meat on each side with your fingers, and carefully pull the meat out to sit on top of the shell. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet that’s lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, paprika, onion powder and fresh parsley. Brush or pour evenly amongst the four tails until each piece is well coated.
  • Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 135-140F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with a lemon wedge and additional melted butter. Enjoy!

Notes

Lobster tails are best stored in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoyed within 4 days.
Heat lobster tails in the oven or air fryer for best results. May use the microwave if necessary.
