The Best Baked Lobster Tails

Valentine’s Day Dinner At Home
The past couple of years we have stayed home for Valentine’s Day instead of going out. Instead, we splurged on dinner and made it at home for the fraction of the cost, and zero crowds. The Best Baked Lobster Tails are the perfect meal to make this love day!
These lobster tails come together quickly and easily and will for sure impress your partner, or yourself! I paired this meal with some easy garlic mashed potatoes and air fried parmesan asparagus.

Ingredients needed to make lobster tails
The Best Baked Lobster Tails come together quickly and easily! You probably already have all the ingredients in your pantry, all that you have to do is purchase the lobster tails. I purchased mine at my local Sprouts, however when I went to Ralphs right after, they had the same one’s for half the price. So I encourage you to shop around before making your purchase.
- lobster tails
- butter

How to Prepare Lobster:
When I shared a sneak peak of this recipe on my Instagram Story, I received a ton of messages from people saying they wish they knew how to prepare lobster tails. I’m here to tell you that you absolutely can do it! I can’t stress enough how easy this recipe is to prepare, it comes together in as little as 20 minutes.
- Prepare lobster tails by butterflying the lobster. To do this, simply cut down the center of the tail with kitchen sears and carefully pull out the meat while leaving the end of it still attached. Please reference this video on my Tiktkok for an example of how to do this.
- Mix together melted butter, garlic and seasonings and then brush generously onto each lobster tail.
- Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reads 135-140F.
- Remove the lobster tails from the oven and top with fresh parsley, fresh lemon juice and serve with more melted butter.

Make it a three course meal
This lobster tail is part of my Valentine’s Day Dinner menu! I served this meal with an appetizer to start, lobster tail served with two sides as the main, and a creamy yummy dessert to finish.
