Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Spread the dill pickle chips out in an even layer on a large baking sheet.
Generously sprinkle the grated parmesan over the top, covering every corner.
Add the chunks of brie, prosciutto, and salami evenly across the chips.
Spoon small dollops of fig jam and apricot preserves throughout so it melts evenly.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and everything looks bubbly. You can also air fry at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey.
Finish with the fresh chives and more parmesan cheese if you’d like.
Serve right away and enjoy while warm!
Notes
You can swap brie for camembert or even a creamy goat cheese if you prefer a sharper flavor.
Prosciutto and salami can be mixed and matched with any cured meats you already have on hand.
Fig jam and apricot preserves add sweetness, but you can use just one if that’s what you have.
For extra heat, add a few crushed red pepper flakes before baking.
Garnish with fresh herbs like chives, basil, or thyme depending on what you’re serving it with.
