Cold Brew Overnight Oats

Cold Brew Overnight Oats is the perfect meal to start your day with. These oats are soaked in iced coffee and topped with coffee beans, cacao nibs, almond butter and coconut. The ultimate 2 in 1 breakfast item!

If you’re anything like me and have trouble getting out of bed in the morning, then these cold brew overnight oats are for you! The thought of having these already prepared for me in the fridge from the night before gets me going in the morning.

These oats are jam packed with yummy ingredients like old fashioned oats, mocha iced coffee and chia seeds. For this recipe, I soaked the oats overnight with Rise Brewing Co Oatmilk Latte. I understand that most of us probably won’t have this on hand, so I made a few adjustments so you can enjoy this breakfast at home, anytime!

Instead of using the can of Iced coffee, you can opt for using a mixture of almond milk and cold brewed coffee. The taste will still be full of cold brew flavor, very similar to the original recipe.

How to make Cold Brew Overnight Oats

Overnight oats is one of my favorite meals to prep. They really can’t be any easier, you just throw all the ingredients in a jar, shake and store in the fridge over night. In the morning, top with desired toppings and enjoy!

As I mentioned before, I use Rise Brewing Co to soak the oats in overnight, if you don’t have this on hand you can simply use half mixture of almond milk, or any other milk/non-milk alternative, and cold brewed coffee. If you are using 1/2 cup of oats, mix 1/2 cup of almond milk with 1/2 cup of coffee. You will still get that same cold brew taste in the morning!
