How to Make
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until mostly smooth with little to no chunks remaining.

Add in the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and gently mix until just combined.

Fold in the fresh blueberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Tips and Tricks
- Use very ripe bananas for the sweetest flavor and softest texture.
- Gently fold in blueberries last so they stay whole.
- Let bars cool before slicing for cleaner edges.
- Dip in Greek yogurt or nut butter for a satisfying snack.
- Store extras in the fridge or freezer for easy grab-and-go bites.

How to Serve and Store
Store leftover bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze sliced bars individually and thaw as needed. Reheat briefly in the microwave or enjoy chilled.

I’m so happy to hear that! Thank you for your rating and review it means so much!! xx
Do you think you could substitute whipped lowfat cottage cheese for the Greek yogurt? I’m trying to more protein in.
Thanks!
Hi! Yes, totally! Although I haven’t tested it myself, cottage cheese and Greek yogurt are often interchangeable in recipes like this, so I would expect it to work just fine. The texture may be slightly different, but it should still turn out great!
