Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs

The Best Homemade Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs
These Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs are part of my 15 minute meal segment that I’m doing over on my Instagram and Tiktok. This segment was highly requested for those that don’t have a ton of time to dedicate toward dinner, but still want to make something quick and healthy.
Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs are made in about 20 minutes total time, prep and baking time combined. These turkey meatballs are baked at a high heat which helps seal in the moisture making them both juicy and soft. The teriyaki sauce is made in just a few minutes on the stovetop while the meatballs are baking. I like to pair this meal with white rice, but they also taste great on their own.
I can’t wait for you to try this recipe, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. If you do, don’t forget to take a picture and tag me over on Instagram or Tiktok. Also, please consider leaving a comment and rating below, this supports my business more than you know.

How to make healthy Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs
From start to finish, these Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs will be ready in about 20 minutes time. First, we will mix the ingredients for the meatballs, then roll them into bite size balls and bake them. While those are baking, we will make the teriyaki sauce and jasmine rice to pair with it. This is just a general outline, the full direction will be at the bottom of this page on the recipe card.
To start, prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, foil or a silicon baking mat.
Next, add the ground turkey and remainder of ingredients to a large bowl. Using a wooden spoon or your hands, combine all the ingredients until they are well incorporated.
Then, roll the turkey into small bite sized meatballs and place them directly onto the baking sheet that’s lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes.
While those are baking, prepare the teriyaki sauce. In a large saucepan, add in all of the ingredients and whisk until well combined. Add in the tapioca flour last to help thicken the sauce. Bring to a low simmer and then remove from heat.
When the meatballs are done baking, remove from the oven and make sure the internal temp reaches 165F. When ready, add them to the pan with the sauce and coat each meatball well.
Serve on top of jasmine rice and top with sesame seeds and green onions, enjoy!

Easy to make and SO delicious!! I subbed for egg white and also did not have the crumbs so used oatmeal (blended) as crumbs and added Italian seasoning. Making this again!
