Plain greek yogurt is best to achieve that tangy flavor without the use of cream cheese. You can also use a dairy free yogurt like coconut or almond.

White chocolate chips to help sweeten the yogurt up without added sugar. To make this recipe dairy free, use dairy free white chocolate chips.

Lastly, we will crush some graham crackers for the crust. You can use plain, honey, or any flavor that you prefer.

This recipe only takes about 20 minutes to put together. First core out the fresh and juicy strawberries, then fill them with the sweet creamy filling.  Finally, they get dipped into a graham cracker dust. It’s really so easy and delicious!

ONE: Hollow out each strawberry using a knife or melon baller. Set aside.

TWO: Melt the white chocolate chips and then mix it together with the plain greek yogurt.

THREE: Crush the graham crackers using a plastic baggie or blender.

FOUR: Then, use a small spoon to fill each strawberry and then dip the tops in the graham cracker dust.

FIVE: Place them in the fridge to cool or enjoy immediately.

Tips and tricks

Use a sharp pairing knife to core out the center of each strawberry.

Use room temperature yogurt when mixing together the melted chocolate and yogurt. If you used cold yogurt it may harden due to the hot melted chocolate. If this happens, microwave the mixture for 10 seconds and then mix once more.

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (sub dairy free to make vegan)
  • 5 graham crackers (sub dairy free to make vegan/gluten-free)
