The easiest and quickest pasta recipe that you’ll ever make. This lemon pasta is made with only a few simple ingredients like fresh lemon juice, parsley and garlic and comes together in just about 20 minutes.

When it comes to dinner time, the last thing that I want to do is spend hours in the kitchen cooking and cleaning. That’s why I love meals that are quick, healthy but still taste delicious. This lemon pasta is exactly that. It’s made with really simple and wholesome ingredients and comes together in about 20 minutes.

There is no sauce in this lemon pasta, but is instead toss in extra virgin olive oil, fresh parsley, garlic and lemon juice. We will also reserve some of the pasta water from cooking the pasta in to toss the linguine with. This really mends all the flavors together and gives it a fresh but light flavor.
