This is a healthier version of the Taco Bell Breakfast Crunchwrap Supreme that is made with seasoned turkey sausage, eggs, lettuce and topped with cheese and a crispy hash brown. This recipe comes together in under 10 minutes and is a great way to switch up your morning breakfast.

Ingredients And Substitutions

These are the main ingredients and substitutions for Taco Bell Breakfast Crunchwrap. Scroll down to the recipe card for a full list of ingredients and instructions.

You will need a large burrito sized tortilla, one that is easily pliable. You can use gluten free if you prefer, just make sure you can easily fold it to prevent ripping.

I prefer to use a Mexican cheese blend, but you can also use any type of cheese that you prefer. Just make sure it’s shredded cheese.

To keep this on the healthier side, I used pre-seasoned turkey sausage from Jennie-O. However, you can use pork or beef is you’d like!

I used two scrambled eggs for one crunch wrap.

Shredded lettuce adds a touch of greens, but you can also use spinach to add a bit more nutritional value.

Use frozen hash browns or cauliflower hash browns.

How To Make

ONE: Start by prepping all of your ingredients. Cook the turkey sausage, scramble the eggs and cook the frozen hash browns in the air fryer or in the oven.

TWO: Assemble the crunch wrap by laying down the burrito sized tortilla, followed by a handful of cheese, then the cooked turkey sausage, cheese, lettuce and hash brown.

THREE: Preheat a skillet and grease with non stick spray. Then, when ready fold the corners of the tortilla up toward the center and place the fold size down onto the hot skillet. Let it cook for 1 minute or until golden brown and the edges don’t lift up anymore.

FOUR: Flip and let cook on the front side for another minute or until golden brown. Remove from skillet and enjoy with salsa or taco sauce.

Don’t overstuff the crunch wrap or it will be hard to close.

Preheat skillet and coat with non-stick spray before folding up the crunch wrap.

Crunch wrap is best enjoyed immediately for best results. However, you can store in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer if desired.

You can, as long as it’s pliable, meaning you can fold it without breaking.

Where do you get the hash brown patties?

Trader Joe’s has a good one, otherwise I have seen cauliflower hash brown patties at Ralphs.

Can I use shredded hash browns instead?

Yes, you can. But you will then need to use a small tortilla for the end to cover, otherwise the shredded hash browns will fall out.
