Tips and Tricks for Perfect Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs

Whisk Well: Whisk the eggs thoroughly to incorporate air for a fluffier scramble. Add the cottage cheese after whisking for even distribution.

Low and Slow: Cook the eggs over low to medium heat to avoid overcooking and to achieve a soft, creamy texture.

Cottage Cheese Size: If you prefer a smoother texture, use small-curd cottage cheese or blend it slightly before adding to the eggs.

Season After Cooking: Add salt and pepper after the eggs are cooked to prevent them from becoming watery.

Non-Stick Pan: Use a non-stick pan with a little butter or oil to ensure the eggs don’t stick and cook evenly.

Add Fresh Toppings: Garnish with chives, green onions, or even a sprinkle of shredded cheese for extra flavor.

Serve Immediately: Cottage cheese scrambled eggs are best enjoyed fresh, as they can lose their creamy texture when reheated.
